Quick answers to the questions we hear most about Motovational gear, shipping, returns, sizing and armour. If you cannot find what you need, reach us through the contact page or the live chat on the site and we will reply within 1 business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free and tracked on every order, Australia-wide and to the 27 countries we deliver to, with no minimum spend. Within Australia you can upgrade to Express delivery for $40 AUD at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Australia takes 8-14 business days after dispatch, and Express takes 5-8 business days. International orders take 8-14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

When will my order be dispatched?

In-stock orders ship within 7 days of being placed, and usually within 1-2 business days. Custom-size and Custom Design Studio orders are made to order and dispatch within 10-14 days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally, and will I pay customs duties?

Yes. We ship free to 27 countries, including New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility.

What is your returns policy?

You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a change-of-mind refund, with return postage at your expense. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded with return shipping covered, and your Australian Consumer Law guarantees always apply. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Contact us with your order number and we will set aside the replacement size while your return is on its way. Exchanges are shipped free of charge.

Can I return a custom-size or Custom Design Studio item?

Made-to-measure (Custom size) and custom-printed (Custom Design Studio) items are made specifically for you, so they cannot be returned for change of mind. They are still covered by the Australian Consumer Law if faulty.

What sizes do you offer?

Hoodies and flannel shirts come in S to 3XL, riding pants in waist sizes 30 to 46 inches, and gloves in S to 3XL. Measurements in centimetres and instructions on how to measure are on our Size Guide.

What is the Custom size option?

Choose Custom size on any hoodie, flannel shirt or pair of riding pants, enter your measurements on the product page and we make the garment to fit you at the same price as a standard size. Custom-size gear is made to order and dispatches within 10-14 days.

What is the difference between CE Level 1 and CE Level 2 inserts?

Both are removable armour inserts that fit the internal pockets of our hoodies and flannel shirts. The Level 1 set (+$50) covers the back, both shoulders and both elbows; the Level 2 set (+$80) covers both shoulders and both elbows with no back pad. Riding pants have their own hip and knee insert add-ons at +$50 for Level 1 or +$80 for Level 2.

Do hoodies, flannels and pants come with armour?

No. Every hoodie, flannel shirt and pair of riding pants ships without armour, and without inserts it is a casual garment rather than certified protective equipment. Add CE Level 1 or Level 2 inserts on the product page and we fit them before dispatch.

Are the flannel shirts really Kevlar-lined?

Yes. The PEV Riders flannel shirts are fully lined with Kevlar® aramid across the front, back and sleeves, and have internal armour pockets at the shoulders, elbows and back for optional inserts.

Is there a discount for buying more than one item?

Yes. Buy 2 items and save 6%, or buy 3 or more and save 10%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed, and stacks with free shipping.

What is the Custom Design Studio?

The Custom Design Studio lets you upload your own logos or artwork, place them on Motovational hoodies, flannels, pants or gloves, choose your sizes and approve a rendered mockup. Once approved, the piece is made to order and dispatches within 10-14 days.
