Shipping Policy

We know that when new gear is on the way, every day counts. This policy explains how we pack, ship and deliver your order across Australia and to the 27 countries we deliver to.

Shipping is free on every order — across Australia and to all 27 countries we deliver to, with no minimum spend. Within Australia you can also upgrade to Express delivery for $40 AUD at checkout.

Dispatch times

In-stock orders are picked, packed and shipped within 7 days of your order being placed — and usually much sooner: in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

During major sales and holiday periods, dispatch may take up to the full 7 days. If we ever expect a delay beyond that, we will contact you with the option of waiting or receiving a full refund.

Made-to-measure and custom-printed orders

Custom-size garments and Custom Design Studio pieces are made to order. They are dispatched within 10–14 days of your order (or of your approved design), and the 7-day window above does not apply to them. Everything else in this policy — free tracked shipping, delivery times after dispatch and our lost-parcel promise — applies to custom orders too.

Delivery within Australia

Delivery estimates apply to metropolitan areas. Regional and remote addresses may take a few additional days. All parcels are sent with full tracking.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel door to door. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, get in touch and we will chase it with the carrier for you.

Delivery issues

• Missed delivery: the carrier will leave a card or send a notification with collection or re-delivery options.
• Incorrect address: contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before dispatch. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout may incur a re-shipping fee.
• Lost or damaged in transit: if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant. We will lodge an enquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law — you will never be left out of pocket for a parcel that does not arrive.

Authority to leave

If you choose "authority to leave" at checkout or with the carrier, the parcel will be left in a safe place at your address. While we will always assist with enquiries, parcels confirmed as delivered under an authority to leave instruction are left at your own risk.

International shipping

We ship free to 27 countries, including New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, and selected countries across Asia and the Middle East.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will look into adding it.

Buy 2 items and save 6% on your order, or buy 3 or more and save 10%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed — and stacks with free shipping.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change a size, update an address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes any time before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
